For the most part~! The texture was perfect, but I made them too thin so they were really delicate. They were also too strong in almond flavor, but that’s probably because I used roasted almonds and not raw ones to make the almond flour! Hahaha not bad for a first attempt though. I’ve never made cookies that you need to use a pastry bag for though… it was tricky~

I made macaroons yesterday!! I didn’t have almond flour though so I had to boil two cups of almonds, peel the skin off them all, dry them with a hairdryer, blend them, sift them, and then blend them again to make the almond flour for the macaroons.. it took forever ;_;
